That's the way to do it Boy's the Employee's have the Right to know the Truth about the Lies, the Bullshit, the Manipulation, the Buying Time, the Stretching of all the Hearings in Court, Appling Every Single Indictment, lying about all their Accusations, but my dear Coworkers friends in The End , THE TRUTH WILL ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS WILL COME OUT ! I REST MY CASE.

All you terminals out there better get your asses ready because it's coming specially Management BIG CUTS! Get ready for the Demolition of XPO LOGISTICS! !! C-YA AND I WOULDN'T WANT TO B-YA!!!

It's OK NO ONE PANIC.NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE FOR A YEAR. OUR JOB'S ARE SECURED.BRAD CARES ABOUT US.HE WILL TAKE CARE OF US ONE AT A TIME..XPO WILL BE A STRONG BUSINESS BUY ONLY DOING A FEW ✂ ✂ ✂ CUTS...JUST ANOTHER DAY IN MAKING BILLIONS...

He'll Ya boys it's time to sit down and negotiate al be there seeking what we deserve !!! lLast week heard one off my coworkes saying I can't take my vacations and I said why not he replied what if I get sick we don't have sick leave they toke them away what a same wake up guys what eales do you want them to take away . Open your eyes Fear is your worst enemy. Laredo Teamster Here

Fear is not the problem at X-CWY.The problem is all the cock suckers who believe The company's BullSh1T.People still think they'll have some protection if they just keep sucking managements stick. But I'm sure the 250 people who we're let go thought the same thing. Now its the holidays and they don't have a job, Thanks to the same management they were kissing up too. But if thoes same people would have organized maybe they wouldn't be without a job or without a job for too long. Because having 3rd party representation can keep you in your job or help you find a job. Without 3rd party representation well we are all FISH 🐟 IN A BARREL.......

I want someone out there to tell me  what is the differences is between Con-way freight and Xpo Logistics??
Sure one was an LTL the other is,
Logistics, we all know that, but what's the Real Reason, the Reason is that both of them are out to make money! $$$ So why would any of these Companies give a Shit about you or what is going on in a work place or getting of you if they have to. As long as their Management Team Operates in a Favoritism Dividance Overruling Seniority, because they feel the FUCK like it Attitude?! there will always be Discrimination at all of the Terminals. I mean it's simple, ask the Employee's with higher Seniority if they want to do the kind of work the  company is asking them to do and if  those Seniority personal are not Interested, then the Right thing to do by the Company or Supervisors is appoint someone to their Favor for the Duty, but it will never happen as long as there is Favoritism! That's why XPO LOGISTICS needs to Clean house with there Management and Supervisors. And if not well, IT WILL ALWAYS BE THE SAME SHIT ALWAYS & THE BATTLE AND WAR WILL CONTINUE UNTIL IT ENDS. and then they could come in an get rid of their Management team and Supervisors and clean house Completely because there Management team and Supervisors were the one's that drew FIRST BLOOD, and that's why all this Fucken Mess is Happening right now and will Continue to do so.
WE CANNOT CHANGE ANYTHING UNLESS WE CHANGE IT TOGETHER!

Hey brother, let me correct you here, no disrespect here...but who is the second party here?
Remember this, you're the first party here, you represent the company and you will always be part of the company.
Now here is the other point, the Union is you guys that are forming a solitary group of employees for the company, still there's no Third Party here.
You're the threshold of this company, "nothing happens until the signal passes the threshold, meaning when you guys voice and vote for representation, then you'll be the stronghold for the company that secured the Union (employees)
So there's no third party here!

That's correct there is no third party employees are the Union it's XPO and the employees negotiate a contract it's that simple

Beginning Monday all locations will here some sad story of how they are not doing well, the truth is they plan on laying off people to recover 4 million dollars that they say they lost during the purchase, you will also hear that the will reduce or eliminate lean as well as the current VVT which does projects for employees and local loxations. They will start off by saying no way is this going great away this is just a minor set back. They will also eliminate the yearly bonus program and place a new one on the line that goes lime this, based on your individual production is how you will be evaluated and given a bonus, so some of you will receive a bonus and some will not based on your production. The heat is on all manager's now and you will see a new harsher way they will attack, don't believe them they are in it to force you to work like no one else in the industry and they will reap the benefits from your sweat. Listen and ask questions Monday guys, find out the truth now. Also, the meeting all managers just came from, this is what was told to them, either the manager's get on track and they will be replaced, so the manager's will be attacking the staff they currently have.

Speaking of cutting back spending at all the terminals even stopping the coffee. I wonder if Jacobs will continue paying terminal managers who were demoted from DOO & the terminal managers who managed FAC'S those fat checks? It's people like them that keep expenditures up at their terminals. Another question do terminal managers really need company cars? That will be a HUGH SAVINGS IN ELIMINATING COMPANY VECHICLES UNLESS YOU ARE IN SALES. I TRULY HOPE MR JACOBS TAKE A SERIOUS LOOK AT EACH TERMINAL BECAUSE SOME TERMINALS HAVE MORE WASTE THAN OTHERS. I GUESS WE WILL SEE SOON WHAT LIES AHEAD......

Anonymous said...

Mr Jacobs com to Laredo tx see all the spending that the manger spending D S R drivers doing noting u pay them to drive and work

Just like VVT it is Such a waste of time and Money$$$ the employees go in for an hour trying to Solve Management's Dilemma in how to run their Terminals if you ask your drivers or your personnel how to run your terminal then my friends that means that your management team doesn't know a damn thing about what the hell they're doing
in their places, although they ask the Employee's opinions they end up doing or implementing something totally different to say we thought of that this, this is what we want you to do. So VVT IS A WASTE OF MONEY $$$ AND TIME!
If you really want to Save$$$ & Time, When you Punch in Kronos Your bills should be ready with your handheld so can start your Production for the day not have a Meeting Every day like they have one in Miami, just to
give them Time because your manifest hasn't been printed out yet, or if it has be printed sometimes you'll find that your Trailer hasn't been finished being loaded yet of course we all know that their CHEATING THE SYSTEM! SO THEIR ##'S LOOK GOOD BUT HEY WHO GIVES A FUCK ANYWAYS RIGHT the Inbound Supervisors don't give a Shit all they give a Shit is about loading all the Freight inside the Trailers, and That's the way you do Business Not giving a SHIT! !!

For some reason some of you think xpo different from Conway. You think there's no good old boy mentality but here's something for you guys to read.

GREENWICH, Conn. - December 7, 2015 - XPO Logistics, Inc. (XPO) today announced that Louis DeJoy has been appointed to the company`s board of directors, coinciding with his retirement from the role of chief executive officer of XPO`s supply chain business in North America. He is succeeded by Ashfaque Chowdhury, Ph.D., who has been appointed president of XPO`s supply chain business in the Americas and Asia Pacific. Dr. Chowdhury has served in senior positions with the company for more than two decades......

This guy is retiring to a position with higher pay and more Control.Reads just like Conway to me. What are we going to get when we retire?

Anonymous said...

Bradley Jacobs, chairman and chief executive officer of XPO Logistics, said, "Louis built a world-class organization that became the foundation for the growth of our logistics business in North America. I`m extremely grateful for his innumerable contributions, and look forward to his strategic support as a member of our board."

Mr. Jacobs continued, "In Ashfaque, we have a seasoned supply chain leader with decades of experience in process innovation. Ashfaque is highly regarded by our blue-chip customers, many of whom have worked closely with him for years. The growth of our global organization has served to highlight the value of his expertise."

🎤🎤🎤They are just a couple of good old boy's never meaning no hard..🎤🎤🎤 making a living the only way they know how..By doing a just little more than the law will allow🎤🎤 Just some good old boy's...
Anyways that's what conway and WE ARE NOW XPO reminds me of.

Bargaining orders[edit]

The NLRB also has the power to order an employer to bargain with the union, even though the union has not won an election, as a remedy for egregious unfair labor practices by the employer. Such orders, commonly known as “Gissel orders” after the United States Supreme Court case that authorized them, may only be issued if the union can show that it once had majority support and that the employer’s unlawful conduct destroyed that support. The Board has identified a number of “hallmark” violations, such as threats to close the operation made by an authoritative member of management and disseminated widely through the workforce, that will support a Gissel order.

The appellate courts have been less receptive to these orders and have frequently refused to enforce them on a number of grounds, e.g., that employee turnover in the years while the charge was being litigated makes a bargaining order inappropriate.

Successorship[edit]

An employer may also be ordered to bargain with a union, even though the union has not been certified as the representative of any of its employees, if it is the successor to an employer that was obliged to bargain with the union. Successorship requires (1) that the new employer draw a majority of its workforce from the bargaining unit the union previously represented, (2) that the new employer be engaged in the same general line of business as its predecessor, and (3) that the bargaining unit has not been changed so drastically in the transfer of the business from the old to the new employer that it is no longer an appropriate one.

It is not necessary to show that the new employer bought the predecessor’s business in order to prove successorship; an employer that does nothing more than buy the assets of another company, or a competitor that supplants another employer by underbidding it, can still be a successor if it draws most of its workforce from the old bargaining unit and remains in the same general line of business. In addition, an employer may be a successor, even if it does not hire any of its predecessor’s employees, if it refused to hire them because of their union membership or activities.
