Anybody hear anything yet about a pay raise?
I hear north is getting ready to have their overtime taken away as well. No more overtime until after 60 hours is on the horizon. Just more money that the little greedy basterd jacobs will steal from us to support his life style.
Anybody got any info on what the raise will be....We were told in Charlotte,Nc we would know by April 1st still no word

Well... if we had the union we would already have a raise!!! Plus free health care, and pension, and paid vacation and sick days! How about representation against abusive management!! What about better working conditions, and work life balance! Also OT after 8 for everyone!!!!
Got a 1.08 cent raise. This is sum bullshit. Bradley Jacobs made 25 million last year and he gives us a dollar.What a joke. Open your eyes, time to unionize.

I don’t understand why you all are upset over your raise.. did you vote yes for union? Do you have union representation? Have you tried to get union representation? Maybe this will finally get you to do the right thing. Vote yes for union!
I don’t understand how you guys keep getting up, and coming in, and working for shit pay! How do you look at your family each day living Pay Check to Pay Check! While the executives, and management live like kings of our backs. I voted yes I tried, and these weak ass drivers now all of a sudden are not happy... wow ! Maybe now you all will wake the Fuck up, and get the union in here. Stop letting them take from your kids!!! People we need to do this for our kids!! They deserve it. Not management
1.15 and everyone around here is jumping for joy.
They got 1.15. they didn't get the same as the other terminal because they didn't get grandfathered into the no overtime after 50 hours like Estes. Was supposed to get the same but Bradley played games again and kept money for his own bitch self. Couldnt give us a raise we deserve but had to deny it because of that overtime rule. Very shady man.
You guys can forget about unionizing XPO LTL these drivers are like sheep! 90% of them have no backbone they're happy with the crumbs that fall off the table!!! They're going to realize how much we need a union when it's too late and that's going to be when Jacob's cashes his chips then it'll be too late for everybody will go the way of truckload.
They give you a raise then cut your hours by not giving you no work, wake the fuck up you dumb asses,alway going backwards at this company,you will see.
You got that right xpl didn't even have to give everybody a raise these drivers are like happy sheep he could have asked for a dollar back and all the Sheep would have just gone along with it happy to have a job.
