The more guys come in and try to persuade us with anti union bs, the more angry I get and the stronger my will gets for the union. Pension, ICP bonus, decent health care, vacation time, etc etc. They WILL keep taking more because they can unless we have a contract protecting us. They would give us ZERO health insurance if they could get away with it,and don't think there not thinking about it. When they figure out a way to get us to around 30 hrs a week they no longer have to offer us health insurance per the new Obama care law. That's where there headed. Don't be fooled. They will get there its not if but when. And all the ones that buy there and the busters bs will be kicking yourself in the ass when the Conway dictator tells you " thank you,thank you,thank you for not voting for the union! I was sort of ambivalent about the UNION, but the more I think about it I am going too VOTE YES the first chance I get here in XDE. I am so sick of these suckup drivers who work on the "lean time" or those who think they know how to drive training other drivers. What a crock of shit. To the XDE Driver. The same thing is going on here at XPN! They have also completely taken overtime away by over hiring drivers and dock workers. So all you south terminals fighting for time and a half there just taking the hours away! Just another reason why we need union!

Yup same thing here same thing everywhere. They've hired so many fukin driver and dock workers that if u get 40 hours ur lucky. Dock workers standing on dock not doing a thing when we get back from our runs but they have them there just so they can send us home without working on the dock for outbound. Use to get 60 hrs a week in summer and 45-50 in the winter. Now we get 40-45 in summer and 30-35 in winter. Dock workers making $13 an hour getting our time and they've hire so many drivers we use to have 12-20 stops a day depending on which run u got...now we get literally 4-5 stops a day. Every one milks it just to get there time....can u blame them?????? We could literally be done in 3-4 hrs but when we are they send us home so drivers try to get there time. Whata fukin joke. I used to like working hard and getting a bunch of stops off but now u can't. If u do u get sent home and make $400 a week. We can make that at Walmart or McDonald's without the risk of being a driver. This company has declared war on us the drivers. All to get more for themselves...if anyone thinks we Dont need a union u need ur head examined because if this isn't happening at ur barn yet just wait cause it will. Along with eliminating line haul drivers and contracting out to sub service. No driver is immune city or line haul. They've declared war on us and our livelihood so as scarface said " we gonna war that's what were gonna do". Union yes my friends, union yes

We have faith in you Buffalo! Disregard all this negative talk. Some of the posts on here in the last week are absolutely the company's union busters at work. They are spreading their negativity through us. Ignore it brothers and sisters, stay positive and focused. The Lord is on our side, He has already show us the path out of Conway's evil reign of tyranny, but He will not do the walking for us. Remember Satan's plan for us was to have no free will to choose, no voice to speak against him. Last time I checked fear was Satan's favorite tool. Fear is Conway's #1 motivater! These Union busters or "consultants" as they like to be called are some of Satan's top shelf thugs. Now a days Chett Richardson doesn't want anyone to think for themselves and just follow the model. One thing that has rained consistant is the half truths that Con-way wants you to believe. Sure it's all ledgit. But one thing remains, Con-way is constantly making money, and we'll work less with same earnings potential. Ask a driver that has been with the company more than 20 years and they will tell you what use to be...as time goes on...we will be the use to be in the future...union needs to happen!!
