So this has been posted at the UOS shop. I just wanted people to realize that HR is paid to only protect the company and not the workers. As for getting help from HR to deal with a manager just make sure they're not best buddies because otherwise who do you think will win the issue? Just like Kimball is with management at the UOS shop.Hey Greg ask Kimball how many times has been to the UOS due to Joy Lewis not doing her job or harassing the mechanics or vendors that come to the shop. Has anything been done about her? I can tell you she's still doing it and management supports her. According to management she has the right to harass people. So who does HR support? So people good luck in getting help from the good old buddy system.

So here is a new California law about sick leave.FedEx has already posted info on this,How come Conway hasn't posted anything about it?
An employee who, on or after July 1, 2015, works in California for 30 or more days within a year from the beginning of employment, is entitled to paid sick leave. Employees, including part-time and temporary employees, will earn at least one hour of paid leave for every 30 hours worked. Accrual begins on the first day of employment or July 1, 2015, whichever is later.
Retaliation or discrimination against an employee who requests or uses paid sick days is prohibited. An employee may file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner against an employer who retaliates or discriminates against the employee for exercising these rights or other rights protected under the Labor Code. CONGRADULATIONS TO THE TERMINALS WHO ARE UNION. YOU GUYS CAN NEGOTIATE FOR ANNUAL RAISES, BETTER HEALTH PKGS, THAT PIGGY BANK MONEY WILL BE SHARED WITH THOSE TERMINALS. THEY REST OF US WILL LOOK ON IN SILENCE WHILE THEY CONTINUE TO CUT OUR HOURS & EVENTUALLY REPLACE US. NUMBSKULL LOOKS LIKE HE WILL MEET HIS GOAL TO REPLACE 900 DSR BY NEXT YEAR.

WE CONTINUE TO DRINK THE KOOL-AID & CRY EVERTDAY HOW BAD MANAGEMENT TREATS US. HELL MANAGEMENT IS TAKING THEIR FRUSTRATION OUT ON THE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEY ALL WILL BE REPLACE WITH THE NEW LEAN CREW. THIS OLD MANAGEMENT IS TOO HEAVY IN CON-WAY POCKETS & CONWAY IS ROLLING WITH MANAGEMENT THAT HAVE NO EXPERIENCE.
THEY NEED TO OUTSOURCE ALL OF THE PRICING DEPARTMENT & GO WITH OUTSIDE ANALYSTS WHO KNOW HOW THE FUCK TO COMPETITE WITH THE INDUSTRY BUT AGAIN NUMBSKULL IS NOT INTERESTED IN GROWING CON-WAY THRY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN PRODUCING ENOUGH PROFIT FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS & THEIR OWN PERSONAL POCKETS. What i like the best is watching conway trim linehaul with sub-service, and watching the kool-aid drinkers squirm and bitch how that's not right OMG they cant do that it's not fair, thats when i say well let's join the teamsters and wow shut my mouth, so ok screw all the ass kissing kool-aid drinkers i hope conway shuts down most if not all of linehaul, oh and i hope they drop our pay and raise our insurance, so all the ass kissing kool-aid drinkers enjoy today for tomorrow we might get a 5 year roll back in wages .

To all you old timers that have a pension plan with Conway get ready to get fucked as you all see they are getting rid of the old drivers all over the place and within the next two years 90% of the drivers that have the full pension comeing to them will gone and once that happens get ready cause they rate going to give it too you all just think about it it's way cheaper in the long run for them to buy you out and get rid of it all together they will save tons of money and you will be shiting up river you have nothing in writing so get ready the company you spent your hole life working for is going to give it to you all once more and laugh at you cause when you had the chance to vote yes and set yourself and the future of Conway up you said no

the #1 driver in LAREDO TEXAS has to waste 2 weeks of his vacation time to pass his physical to get his medical card cause his blood pressure is to high he's will rest for 2 weeks to get his blood pressure to normal levels. but what's going to happen if he doesn't get it right.is this the opportunity this company is waiting for.

Ok everyone understand this read my words, were im at after laredo petitioned we had mabe 80 % yes votes ready to petition , then the bribes started and the support ran to the bank and they were all greeted with a glass of kool-aid, so my point is until the threats and bribes stop we cannot win as a whole , mabe the teamsters can figure out a way to stop corporate from breaking the law , and if they can then we have a great chance of finishing strong .

To answer the Question about kimball showing up at UOS.He did show up. I heard he spoke to all the mechanics and basically said that Joy hasn't done anything wrong.So nothing is going to happen.The buddy system at it's best shown right here.HR,CSR, and Management are always right, lower workers have no rights or say.That's the way Conway likes it.
