allready they want to give our 401k match back,and a possible raise,thats just the tip of the icebeg,whats next?
Conway management just had a meeting on oct. 20-21 with their anti-union lawyers and consultants on how to stop our union drive,one of their plan is to give us $1-$3 raise,overtime pay after 40 hrs. Of work.but what different will it make if Conway is outsourcing our line haul work with sub-huler,p&d driver getting fire for stealing company time,Conway using the handheld divides to crackdown driver and using it to accuse driver for any petty mistake p&d drivers make.
it is really sad when a former driver DON ANDERSON NOW A SAFETY COORDINATOR FOR CONWAY IS trying to implement new rules that will hurt a driver , . what he doesn't know is that CONWAY will play the same game with him , a former KETTLEMAN CITY supervisor 'OZZY' or OSWALDO regrets all things that he did for CONWAY . Now his telling us IS TIME FOR A CHANGE IT MAYBE TOO LATE FOR HIM BUT NOT LATE FOR THE REST OF US . WE NEED TO CHANGE CONWAY!!!
