Western area was so happy about their raise most were dancing.But the reality hit.They've cut OT.. No more milking the cow.Now some are but hurt because XPO can do whatever they want whenever they want.Oh well. Summer is coming so I'm sure Bradley needs a new summer home.
They’ve been doing this at XPN for years! I’ve been trying to warn all of you in the West, and South. Even if they give you time and a half or give you what you think is a good raise. They will always find a way to take it back! Weather it be by cutting OT , or increasing Benifits cost, or taking pension away, or taking vacation away. People need to wake up! This company will always do what’s best for them. My question to you no votes is what are you afraid of losing? Why not vote for union? Do you think it can get worse than it is now?

WE HAVE A GREAT NEW RESOURCE AT XPO THAT WE DID NOT HAVE AT CCX OR CONWAY.THE NEW XPO PORTAL IS WONDERFUL IT HAS EVERONES E MAIL INCLUDING DSR'S TERMINAL MANAGERS OPS MANAGERS AND EVEN H R BIG SHOTS.SO IF YOUR HAVING A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING YOU CAN BRING THE HEAT TO WHOEVER THEN CARBON COPY IT TO WHOMEVER .IF YOUR TERMINAL MANAGER IS A ASSHOLE HE HE'S NOT GOING TO BE TO HAPPY THAT YOU HAVE HIS BOSSES E-MAIL.

most not all terminal managers human resource managers fom's fos's district managers there all in cahoots together! especially the ones that have been friends for a long time.if your not a favorite and they don't like you they can try anything in their power to get you fired.this alliance/partnership is the cahoots I'm talking about.thats why the new xpo portal is great having everyones email can help drivers if they are willing to use it.how many terminal mangers do think announced to their staff every person that works at xpo email is available?NONE LOL THIS IS GREAT YOU CAN GO STRAIGHT TO THE TOP ANG GET A EMAIL TRAIL GOING!TEAMSTER YES UNION YES
