SO FROM WHAT I HEAR THE FAVORITISM IS STILL GOING STRONG AT THE UOS SHOP.SEEMS LIKE THE SO CALLED CSR/PARTS PERSON SHOWED UP TO WORK HUNGOVER A FEW FRIDAYS AGO,THAT SHE THREW UP AT THE SHOP.SO SHE GOT TO GO HOME EARLY FRIDAY THEN SHE WAS HUNGOVER ON MONDAY SHE GOT TO GO HOME EARLY AGAIN.THEN OUT OF THE BLUE SHE DECIDES TO TAKE 2 WEEKS OFF.AND MANAGEMENT HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF IT.BUT IF ONE OF THE MECHANICS GETS SICK AND NEEDS TO GO HOME ITS AN AUTOMATIC POINT.THATS THE WAY THINGS ARE RAN AT CONWAY.THE RATS GET AWAY WITH DOING WHAT EVER THEY WANT AND THE REST BETTER FOLLOW THE POLICY EITHER WISE YOU`LL GET AN L O I AND POINTS,AND WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET 3 POINTS? NOF has it good. A good man is in charge there. But how long can a good thing last? How long before we get an obstinate SCM like before? Right now we are temporarily satisfied, again, how long can a good thing last? How long before we're dissatisfied and again calling on the Teamsters while selling wolf tickets? What we've gotten is simply a stopgap measure. If we don't pull together and get the ball rolling whilst the current pro- union legislation is in effect ( less than two years) the chance for a fair shake will be forever lost.

Corporate America would have you to believe that it has gotten to expensive to do business in the United States. They'd have you to believe that by slashing costs and increasing their bottom line they can greatly benefit the working class. To this I say: Bullshit. The only thing many companies seem to have done is move jobs overseas. We keep waiting for the "trickle down economics" benefits to take root. To this I say: Don't hold your breath.
Don't misunderstand me, big companies AND small businesses have made this country great. I am NOT an enemy. However when companies put profit over people, the outcome can only be DISASTROUS.

Unity is the only way to get what we employee's deserve. Divided is the way con artist's NUMBSKULL and Stotlar wants their employees to stay and thus their reason on LEAN. Hey NUMBHEAD LEAN and LEAN principles is for manufacturing of goods, Con-way is a company that transports freight and handles logistics. LEAN will never work on a transportation based company. Then again Con-way will do any thing to spend its money besides providing to the deserving employees. Fellow comrade's it's time to unite and stand up to theses thugs. It's up to us to save our jobs and get what's deserved. Organize and VOTE YES. Teamster train is on its way thru Con-way so get on board or get rammed by NUMBSKULL...

Not really. ! if you think things are going great at nof Orlando .The 2 managers that we have patrick and shawn have no teeth and no bite. They are paasive individuals ! They dont want to dicipline any one to offend anybody !!! We have drivers practically doing whatever they want .some come in the morning and choose their own runs .they choose the hours they want to be there and the freight they want .there are several drivers that just hang out like they are at their country club in the drivers room.and no one says anything to them.there are drivers who go out on runs and hang out for hours killing time in particular omar perez . But yet no one takes the time to do anything about it .and you also have a lot of favoritism with the you know who group. So in closing there is so much to be worked out here in nof . But if patrick the manger wont take control and act like a manager should instead of trying to please everyone .we still have a long way to go . Im sorry to say it but this group of drivers have pulled a sheet over management and they know who the guys are. They think that these guys are nice and really care about the interest of conway but in reality they are just looking out for themselves ..

Recently,during a Lupe fiasco, our fearless leader was asked about restoring company pension. His fucked-up reply was: "Why should we pay people who aren't working." Man, are you serious? I couldn't give a more cold reply if I wanted to!
