Mexican truckers still taking our work!
Mexican truckers taking our work, not only that but unsafe truckers. I thought Conway cared about safety??? All they care about is the bottom line! We need a union contract to help us stake a claim to our work and keep outside truckers from taking it. This is the only way to protect ourselves. Just because Conway owns the company doesn't mean we can't voice our opinions and have a say in the way things are being done. We will have a contractual right to have a say in work rules.

unions negotiate fair wages, benefits, work rules, complaint procedures, rules governing hiring, firing, and promotion of workers , as well as, workplace safety and conditions.unions also eliminate favoritism.conway managers and supervisors promote their buddies over the hard working drivers.conway corporate needs to do a real audit on this corrupt,unethical busters.
