LOL at 31 cent an hour, times 8hrs equals $2.48 cent that conway contributes in our pension funds per day of work. it is a joke if conway decided to takes the little crumbs from us.
I see workers at ABF retire all the time in my By-Lines they were ex CF and Carolina and NationWays frieght people. And retire with full benifits.Where talking good respectable money to live well..
we did not have a union protected pension when conway decided to use uor pension to buy cfi. the truckload company that is taking our runs and we are left with a broom on our hands to sweep the dock.don't forget our vacation was not union protected, that's why our vacation time were stolen from us. conway stole almost $5000 of vacation time from me.and now conway's profits show over $5 billions.greedy busters
We need a union to secured our jobs,pensions,retired medical benefits,and spell out a teamsters contract.The managers at conway saids we will never have a union ,they are wrong!.With education we will succeed and teach our brothers and sisters and not by threat like the managers at dallas ,tx los angeles,ca and other terminals or the misconception,or the negative issues written by high paid anti-union lawyers.So lets give the teamsters a chance and hear the positive issues,and our rights that conway dont want you to know, DIVIDED WE BEG,UNITED WE STAND
