november 14 time for hunting in south texas for RUBEN ZARAGOSA he gave a 22 L,O,I to the drivers, of LAREDO TX,VICTORIA TX,HARLINGEN TX,but not to the dallas drivers,RUBEN ZARAGOSA is the SAFETY MANAGER,and he always hides between the trailers to be observing the drivers when they drop or hook, the san antonio yard is some dark and he always hides between the trailers.is that not a safety issue?? RUBEN ZARAGOSA feels protected by TED GARCIA manager of laredo texas and for GREG WOODS regional manager, but back then remember RUBEN ZARAGOSA when a mexican transfer drop the trailer in laredo yard and you told him it was no problem if he would pay management with a barbecue everything would be forgotten, again it’s because he feels protected by TED GARCIA,AND GREG WOODS. in the 22 L,O,Is you gave what was written in them were things made up for you, this is exactly what we need, people like you harassing drivers to do same thing than NEW JERSEY,lets see what PAUL FRYER AND BROWN say in the next negotiation meeting when they see the charges we are putting.
