After almost 3 years of delays, justice prevails in Laredo, TX. The NLRB ruled in our favor and XPO must now begin to negotiate with the Teamsters on a contract. We can now join our brothers in Miami and Philadelphia. Thanks to our brothers across the country and in Europe for all the support. The real fight has begun and we are determined to keep fighting for our rights to unionize.

Brain if you have any complaints why you're being censor email us at changeconwaytowin@gmail.com
Can i just point out that Jacobs isn't fighting the teamster's. His fighting the employee's of XPO from having some kind of contract.
It's not about the teamster's being kept out, it's more of Jacobs and management don't want the employee's to have any protection.
When will it be Enough! of the Discrimination when Will it Enough of the Favoritism! of the Lack of Respect!
