This is what XPO has done in 2016... they raised the cost of insurance, there going to take your PTO time if you leave the company, they made the 401k worse so you will have very little when you retire, they basically have taken our bonuses away, and no raise!!! What will they do in 2017..... why would anyone vote no to a union

The more locations that vote for the union the more pressure it will put on management to bargain. If we don't support each other. Management will take it's time bull shiting us and keep taking and cut everything it can from us. If you're all happy taking cut's ,Then Don't do anything. Just like most have been doing for the past 15 years..
Why don't we start a petition right here,asking management for better wages better benifits and to be respected! Because after all without the driver they have nothing, and if they don't meet our terms that we will walk of the job for a week all the drivers sign it and send copies to Wall Street the share holders and the board of executives for conway or xpo what ever u want to call it and I bet they would all come down on there knees begging.
