you have choices, you do not you have to work in a union shop, but working at Conway without union representation, without someone fighting for workers rights and wages what do we have left to trust that Conway or big business will look out for your well being ,with all the labor laws the national labor relation board don't have enough people to enforce or maybe you will need to hire a lawyer so you can sue your employer , and pay that lawyer 20% to 40% and wait as much as 5 to 7 years to settle your case depending on what state you live in. don’t complain when you get screw here at Conway they are coming with more stupid safety policies. Organizing a union is our best choice; we need to work on to improve ourself, our working conditions. We need a voice at work not stupid vvt or so call safety committees.we are fighting for respect for better working conditions we have to stand up for our rights.
