    1. We don’t have enough personnel to cover all our stuff. Most city guys are running two runs or working extra long hours. Taking care of personal business almost always requires PTO.

  4. Will XPO give a raise this year?? If so what will it be? Will XPO share some of the profits we break our backs for?? Bet you wish we had a Union ..,

  5. Will xpo take money away from us when union come In to compensat the difference in the medical they will give us ??

    ReplyDelete

    1. No, that will not happen Teamsters has already proposed a medical insurance plan, TeamCare, which other unions have such as, UPS and ABF. TeamCare comes at no extra cost to the company, low cost for the employees (low premiums and low co-pays). So stop spreading false rumors without knowing all the facts.

YOU are the Union and Teamsters are your representatives! XPO DRIVERS get your shit together and think about a better future. USB is under pressure now but DIANA VERA and Union busters will try to brain 🧠 wash all. JUAN MELERO will try to be everyone’s friend but once you guys vote he will forget and will retaliate, thats a proven fact. I’m wondering who the company will make pay the price for going Union, more likely it will be DGM Juan Melero. Who wants to bet?

  7. Come on USB don’t let then trick you guys on not unionizing I was a no here in UBF and now that I see how the union is And the representation they have done here it’s got me really thinking πŸ€” these guys were right they have power now .....

  9. Does anyone know why the union has done nothing yet for USB we are still waiting for information on what is going on we need information??????,? Come on union rep step up .

  10. We are having a blizzard in buffalo by today and all they care about is their numbers not the safety of the driver or the motoring public. Nice company, then they will tell you to be safe and how much they care.Bullshit

  11. We’ve had drivers die at our terminal, and they don’t care

  14. All this profit, and no raise!

  15. At our barn we can't even get hand carts, pallet jacks or even get the tractors and trailers washed, but have too many supervisors watching what certain drivers are doing all day long.

  16. Profits are up no raises. Unless you Brad Jacobs

    ReplyDelete
  17. OK guys today there was a meeting about you can take 100 hours of negative time off do you still have to pay those hours back man how stupid do the company think we are who the hell wants to be -100 hours I swear this company is so stupid they don’t know they’re stupid

    ReplyDelete
  18. Ignorance is bliss, almost as stupid as a wayfuck pickup

    ReplyDelete
  19. When is Bradley Jacobs going to step up and try and do something to help with the Corona virus

    ReplyDelete
  20. He is going to stay home in one of his castles and count his moneyπŸ’° while his drivers are fed another morning breakfast of 🀷🏻‍♂️indicision.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Mike, you and those Miami drivers are an example of courage and determination that the rest of us should follow, but unfortunately lots of us lack the balls to do anything.

    ReplyDelete
  22. So XPO is still bringing part timers in while drivers are getting less than 8 hours, and drivers are sit at home

    ReplyDelete
  23. Let me get this straight. We have to show up, and expose ourselves, and our families to this virus, and only get 4,5,6 hours! Not 8. All these other companies who are putting their employees in harms way are paying them $300 to $500 bonuses, but XPO says No bonus, No raise, No 8 hours, and only 3 extra sick days when medical officials say stay home 14 days. Where’s the Union??

    1. Xpo don't care about you πŸ’°just it's profits.

  24. Conference call today was about lowering the wages for xpo drivers ...they are trying to figure out how to do it because they can’t lower those who have representation

  25. heard that a XPO sales rep on long island tested posative for covid….

  26. This is the worst company

    ReplyDelete
  27. I agree. Ula does not have any type of protection for drivers. One of the drivers brought in a home made hand cleaner in a spray bottle. It smelled like a mix of 100% alcohol and i think gasoline. No joke! Hopefully nobody lights a spark or match because more than one will be on fire! Some drivers are even wearing small bags around their hands. But management is doing great! Huge screens in dispatch. Food every other day or week. Everybody is hoping we shut down, but nobody wants to take the hit and be the one to test possitive

  28. But two employees at XPO Logistics, an international trucking company with a depot in Kansas City, Kansas, claim truckers there aren't being adequately protected against the COVID-19 outbreak.

According to the employees, who didn't wish to be identified for fear of losing their jobs, there's widespread concern among the roughly 300 people who work at the KCK service center.

"We all want jobs and we don't want to lose our jobs," an employee said. "We want the company to make money, because if they make money, we make money. But I don't believe that they're taking the proper precautions to keep us safe and keeping our equipment safe and providing us things to keep us clean."

Interesting, this was in the news...

  29. Sad, how the employees have to remain anonymous for fear of losing their jobs, if they say anything to management... what type of company makes you feel scared of losing your job, if you say something about being protected in this pandemic. But, your life and your family's life isn't important enough????

  30. All ltl drivers need to walk off and go home that will get there attention,it's not business as usual when manangements feeble attempts to keep their end of the bargain and try to keep their employees safe is a joke ,remember drivers you only have one life and they are showing us again that they don't care by hiding in their locked offices.Time to wake up and get a voice ,time to start signing cards, time to stand up or you might not be standing after this mess is over.xpo don't care about the individual,it's too busy taking over more businesses and control .

  31. For those of you who are still against the union, know this...XPO offered to let us all go 100 hours negative on our PTO accumulation. Should we have to use that, AND pay it back, it means an entire year without a day off and / or 18 months before we could take a weeks vacation. Wow! At contract negotiations in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, Teamster business agents proposed a 2 week paid sick leave for all certified barns. The company flat out rejected this proposal and re proposed the 100 negative hours. After a short time, the company reconsidered their position and accepted the unions proposal, HOWEVER, they were smart enough to realize that accepting this proposal for union barns only, would only strengthen the union drive throughout the system. So they extended this policy company wide. So, for all you non union terminals, bend the knee and thank the Teamsters for getting you what the company would never have given you. Just the facts, sir.
