This notice that XPO was FORCED to post at ULX(Los Angeles), is proof that everything that the company has done and says about the union is a lie and is illegal. Where are the union busters now? This is what you need to know about your rights. Nothing the company tells us is for our benefit, they pay millions to deny us what’s in our best interests.
That is awesome! I don’t understand why anyone would vote no on the Union. The Union just put management in its place. All of you that complain about management, and vote no need to check yourself. From day one the Union has come in, and has got management off your back! They back you, support you, and listen to you when management gets out of line. The working environment is much better. All the other stuff will come in time. Thank You Union

ReplyDeleteThe NRLB forced XPO to post this notice to announce that XPO has been lying about their employees right to organize. And that the company violated , the same way FedEx Freight did during our campaign, just about everything to intimidate and coerce their employees.
