Please forward and share with all immediately! It's time to stand up and rally around our co-worker Tommy Bower.

Attention Trenton drivers,
in case you didn't know, last night the union buster became very aggressive in the meeting, throwing his paperwork and books, jumped around the table, and got directly into Stan's face. The union buster was inches from Stan's face violating his personal space and proceeded to verbally attack Stan. The same incident occurred with Tommy last week but this time when Tommy came out of the meeting he felt sick.  He was taken to the hospital and they told him he had suffered a heart attack.  This goes to show how desperate the company really is, trying to keep us from having a voice and voting YES on April 14th.

Bruce Ryan
PS: Our prayers go out to Stan and his family to that everything will be fine. Amen.

  1. Union busters have used the same aggressive dirty tactics in Los Angeles (ULX) of falsely accusing a driver of pulling out a knife. This got the driver fired and management called the police which lead to the driver's arrest. But we sued and filed charges with national labor relations board. (ULX) Los Angeles kicked their asses, Conway/Xpo management and the union busters. You sorry losers!

If you stop reading this blog and start doing your job checking on the drivers that are stealing time!

  4. Just remember they want you to get violent so they can say. See the union supporters are violent and thug's.
Just remember who hired these people. If we want to hurt them back keep organizing and when it comes to voting make sure we stand strong and vote Yes. That's the only way to heard.

  5. Here is what happen's when people unite. This is only part of the story but show's why the company doesn't want us to unite.
The Teamsters Union along with many courageous drivers who stood up for themselves and their families, have raised the bar and vastly improved the workplace for hundreds of tech drivers and other bus drivers who have benefited

  6. Many of the non-union companies have implemented the wages and some of the other benefits in an attempt to slow the movement toward complete unionization of the tech drivers, but the workers recognize that without solidarity throughout their industry and a strong Teamster contract, they really have no guarantee those improvements will be there tomorrow.
BUT THE COMPANY WILL TELL US.WE WON'T CHANGE ANYTHING IF WE VOTE YES.

  7. So in a meeting this morning we were told by our TM that starting now they are going to completely replace drivers working dock with all dock workers. The goal is NO overtime at all. If you get back from your run before your 8 hours too fuckin bad, you're going home. You're hours will now be given to dock workers who have not given any of there years to this company. They are going to copy fed ex and have all dock workers on inbound and outbound. So after announcing they give us a 70 cent raise, they hit us the next week with news we will have to struggle to get our 40 hours in while dock workers get our time. I told my TM that this is going to piss alot of guys off, he said he knows it but nothing he can do because it's coming from the VP of operations and it's going to be company wide. Guys now is the time to organize and fight these greedy basterds or else you will lose everything you've worked for. This is happening NOW. Watch and see.

    1. So it's finally here, the love that Bradley Jacobs told us he was gonna show us. His form of love is to cut our hours to below 40 while his bald dumb ass and his friends get rich. Sounds like true love to me. Hell's got a special place reserved for greedy ass people like Jacobs. Enjoy your doe while it lasts. Maybe he could use the money for hair transplant surgery.

    2. If my bid is 12pm and I'm back at 6, I wouldn't be allowed on the dock at straight pay? Sounds fishy to me

      Delete
    3. How would this effect linehaul operations

      Delete
    4. Nope. Because your straight pay is $26 an hour, the dock workers straight pay is $16. This will take about a year to get all the dock workers in place. But believe me it's starting now. You will see little by little more and more dock workers and less and less overtime and hours

    5. I had this happen before, went to unemployment office and filed for partial unemployment, somehow after the co.found out they suddenly were able to find my full 40 hrs that they lost.

  9. We will be bringing you and update on to the great times and the fun times and what a great place to work in the Miami Terminal is, this terminal practically runs by itself we don't need an operations manager we don't need a terminal manager because thier never around when you need them they're only around when they want to tell you something or to try to bust your ass in something, of course they always blame the drivers but they're inside employees are the ones that are stealing time every day
left and right, right in front of the noses of course they'll tell you they don't know nothing about it and then when you tell them something about it they don't do a fucken thing that's exactly why we need the Union everywhere! So once again I tell you why would you bitch for having the union beingin a terminal when management does whatever the fuck they want to do, so the supervisors you complain to them about a problem and say yeah don't worry about I will take care of it but then in the end we all know that they don't do a fucking thing about it either of course the ones that are causing the problems and conflicts and doing whatever the fuck they want to do and stealing companytime is their own people because they don't want that Union so you know what I tell them, fuck them. Union all the way Miami Teamsters.

    1. It is absolutely true. It will be company wide. The mass dock workers hiring phase will start immediately. You will see little by little dock workers at your terminal being hired until the inbound and outbound shifts are fully staffed with dock workers leaving the drivers to ONLY DRIVE. If you get your run done in 6 hours you go home with 6 hours. If you get your run done in 7 hours you go home with 7 hours while the the dock workers strip the trailer of freight you brought back to the service center. This is the fed ex model that is being copied now by the now extinct Conway AKA XPO. You will get 35-40 hours a week just like a fed ex driver. Gone are the days of city drivers making 70-80 grand. You will be lucky to make 50 now. These are FACTS and you will see this coming in your terminal starting now. Little by little the dock workers will start pouring in until there is no more drivers on a forklift eliminating all over time for the drivers....But we got a .70 cent raise.

  11. In Orlando it's the same Patrick and Shawn what a waste of money? They send the hard working drivers home and keep the rats that are stealing time around! Hope everybody enjoyed that 70 cent raise because xpo getting more in return no more overtime except for the chosen few we have them in every service center. Those drivers that where so anti union now crying all the way to there cars when there told to go home with only 5 or 6 hours. But to all my fellow drivers we have the power if you want your hours every stop we go to has a set amount of time in handheld we can give that customer give every customer all the time down to the second! If all these fucking Rat's steal time we can do it buy the book. New slogan for XPO is give your customers every second they deserve!

  14. Mr Bradley Jacobs is only getting Richer$$$ by the minute PEOPLE! don't you get and then actual question why if he was able to give $0.70 why did he give a dollar I've got the money to give it to you because it's called corporate greed and it will always be corporate greed it's cold or goes like this we give you a penny we keep a dollar we give you a dollar we keep $1,000 so I asked you all why can't we all have a better life in a better future where we're at think about that for a minute signing off Miami Teamsters.

  15. Xpo will not give you the Health Benefits that the Teamsters Union will give you in savings for you and your family Thousands of Dollars$$$ in the End one of the primary Benefits of having a Union also the most important thing " PROTECTION " which right now non of you have, let me ask you how does it feel to come to work and having not to worry about Losing your Job or getting Fired for any stupid reason or for talking back to a Supervisor, that is part of not being an at will employee in a right to work State. Meanwhile we are all at will employees. I REST MY CASE. Miami Teamsters.
