ladies and Gentlemen just to let you all know the truth about why all of you actually got a raise back on Jan 4th, 2015 of a $2.00 or in this matter every Terminal got their Raises$$$ whatever they were, PS: Miami DSR's are making $25.41 an Hour. and we want you to (NEVER FORGET) why all of you got your Raises, it was because of the Miami Terminal going Union and getting Certified by the NLRB!! as a Union Terminal because of the way that X-Conway TM was treating us in their Favoritism & Discrimination and of course with no Integrity to ever back it up that's why our former TM had to go for all the Wrong doing to her own employee's but she didn't care and why Because she was STUFFING herself under the table with $$$$ and getting Rich in doing Wrong to the People that made her look good at the end of the Day! so she got what she Deserved, but hey here is something you probably didn't know or maybe you do? !THE COMPANY KNEW ABOUT IT AND DID NOTHING TO STOP IT! So we ask all of you that have common scene,morals and Dignity to yourselves, are you going to let this happen again with XPO when the time comes??? we would hope Not! Understand 1 thing you have the Power to change your future not Mr Jacobs of XPO that has a Contract so ask him how does it feel to have a Contract Mr Jacobs? One day all of XPO LTL Division employees will learn the hard way Mr Jacobs has acquired the LTL division of Con-way for 1 purpose and one purpose only and that is to get his money back, sell it for a better profit, XConway now Xpo LTL to the highest bidder or a reasonable market price. People you didn't learn the first time and you haven't learned again, how many times will it take for all of your assess to be sold for everyone to actually get the picture and realize that were all numbers to Mr. Jacobs he could care less who he Fires who he hires as long as it's bringing him the profit$$ back to the shareholders and the company, so you see my friends in the end we're all expendable because we are at-will employees in a right to work state which means we are all f*****ked.
