    1. Yep USB has a lot of favorites how about putting sign over time clock and after 10 hrs force dsr to work on dock without any pior notice no matter if you had pior commitment with your family ect I think they are breaking state law by forcing overtime without notice by a certain time of your work day because they don't give a dam about you or your family or your health threatening with write ups of you don't work on the dock USB needs union representation badly.. lets go after all the mangers who are out of line on this blog throw their names on this blog first and last name

  5. We need to talk with the Teamsters.
Our only chance is to unionize and get a contract to protect ourselves, our jobs and our families.

It ain't Conway anymore. Stick a fork in it. Like it or not, conway is gone!

  6. XPO LIVES ON CREDIT.ANYONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE CREDIT RUNS OUT OR IT'S RETRIEVED?
The company reported a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $23.2 million for the quarter, or a loss of $0.21 per diluted share, compared with a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $15.4 million, or a loss of $0.20 per diluted share, for the same period in 2015. The first quarter 2016 net loss includes $16.8 million of one-time after-tax transaction-related costs net of noncontrolling interests, and a $26.9 million non-cash after-tax amortization charge.

The adjusted net loss attributable to common shareholders, a non-GAAP measure, was $9.3 million, or a loss of $0.08 per share for the first quarter of 2016, excluding the items detailed below. This compares with an adjusted net loss attributable to common shareholders of $9.9 million, or a loss of $0.13 per share, for the first quarter of 2015.

The adjusted net loss attributable to common shareholders for the first quarter of 2016 excludes: $27.1 million, or $16.8 million after-tax, of one-time transaction-related costs net of noncontrolling interests; $0.7 million of unrealized foreign exchange cost, net of tax; and a $5.8 million, or $3.6 million after-tax, benefit to depreciation and amortization related to the updated purchase price allocation of acquired assets. Reconciliations of adjusted net loss attributable to common shareholders and adjusted EPS are provided in the attached financial tables.

  9. Can any guess how Mr. Jacobs plans to do this????€££€€€¥¥¥¥..Profit improvement???§§§§€€€%

The biggest financial opportunity may be in the former Con-way Inc. business, however, which generated $58 million of adjusted operating income and Mr. Jacobs says is heading toward a profit improvement of $170 million to $210 million by late next year.

  13. XPO released its results after markets closed Tuesday. Shares ended the regular trading session down 3.4% at $29.96.
Also Tuesday, XPO said it agreed to pay $10 million to settle with the Justice Department over allegations that Menlo Logistics Inc., the contract-logistics business that XPO acquired as part of its deal for Con-way, had overcharged the government for military shipments. XPO “strenuously denied” wrongdoing in a statement....

AND PEOPLE WANT TO PUT THEIR TRUST IN XPO'S CEO AND MANAGEMENT. WELL GOOD LUCK TO ALL YOU SUCKERS..

  22. Bradly S Jacobs should have a visit to NMF Opa Locka air port is just around the block from NMF terminal. BSJ can see for himself why we are losing pick-ups DSR sitting at home only working 8 hours a week, losing freight from our competitors. Management has really dropped the ball in MIAMI.

  27. Operations has sunk to a low at NMF MIA. we're Losing customer's an half of our pick ups. Thanks to Logan our Genius Operation manager that the only reason he is in Mia and everyone knows it, it's to make Mia fail, they got rid of him in Orlando according to the employee's of X-CONWAY because he was a A-HOLE said by Orlando DSR'S but what Mr Jacobs Doesn't Know is that 1 of the reasons we went UNION was because of people like this, and the way that Nicole WoodS was Treating everyone and it's, happening RIGHT NOW SAME SHIT DIFFERENT DAY!
SO AGAIN WHY WE WENT UNION
UNTIL THIS MANAGEMENT DOESN'T GO AWAY THIS PLACE WILL REMAIN THE SAME MR BRAD JACOBS
THE PROBLEM ISN'T YOUR EMPLOYEES, THE PROBLEM IS YOUR X-CONWAY MANAGEMENT MENTALITY.
MR JACOBS WE ALL THOUGHT THIS IS XPO NOW, NOT X-CONWAY.

  33. Quit waiting for the union to come to you to sign a card. Quit asking for someone to bring it to your terminal. Go out and get it going. It cost nothing to get started. The cards are free from a union agent. Call the hall. Visit the hall. It will never ever come to you. You need to take the first step. The union will not recruit for you. You are the recruiter and the union advises you how to get the job done. They will assist you in how to get others on board. You have to want it bad enough to bring it to the yard. You have to be willing to do something that your future self will thank you for. Or you can continue down the same road. Losing hours, freight, customers, benefits, etc..

United is the only way. The train has already left the station. There will be a Teamster contract at Conway and FedEx Freight. It is possible to get it voted in. You have several terminals from Conway and FedEx Freight that walked the road you stand on. It ain't easy but it is the best way to go. Get out of the back seat and into the driver seat. You buy insurance on your car, house, boat, RV, life. Why won't you buy insurance for your job? That's what part of the dues are for, insurance for your career. That mysteriously bad card the company talks about has so much power in your favor it's baffling why drivers are not lining up to get on board.
