I'm a XPN driver that wasn't sure about the union, but now I have no doubt!!! I'm ready to sign a card. This place has hit rock bottom. Beware the pilot program is worse than the camera in the trucks and it's coming to everyone soon!
Also at XPN the pilot program is just another version of Lean!! Yes Lean still exists they just don't call it Lean anymore... they took away all OT the pilot program tracks every second of your day. Management asks you the next day why we're you there so long, why did you make a left turn instead of a right, all these questions about your day so they can squeeze everything they can out of you and get you off the clock
To the driver at XPN, you should contact the IBT @ 1-202-624-6800. Ask for the organizing department and leave your contact info. I will follow up and get in touch with you.
Boy I wish there was a union cook out here in Pontiac, Mi....if there was ever a terminal in desperate need of a union it is XPN

Only thing that Xpn receives is a pilot program we're the handhelds and the computers don't operate properly.
