  1. 50 cent raise and they cut all the xsd dock workers hrs,from 8 to 6 hours per day. no more dock work for p&d drivers returning from their runs. No linehaul drivers allowed to work the outbound dock before their loads are ready. Who's going to load the frieght? well it backfired on them last friday, they had no one to load the linehaul runs with 16 breakers hanging, as they sent most of the dock workers home after six hours. So, they begged the linehaul drivers to work the dock again to get the freight loaded. Can't wait to see what they do this week!

    Comon XSD,XCV,and XNJ it's time..... We need to at least protect what we still have before its too late and it's all gone! The union is ready to help and they can protect us!

  4. Truth be told and here it is, next week is the beginning of another job cuts but this time driver's. They plan on cutting in the orange region with 2-3 driver's per location. USB area and all other locations will follow, all operation people above along with DOO's have approved it, even though it is wrong it will happen, all locations everywhere must meet the new goals or more cuts until those goals are met, they don't care about is or the customers that made conway what it was, we are a new breed of blood hungry people and want more money with less people. Over work loads will come soon. Put your foot down guy's or pay the price, stand up tall and hold your ground. Trust me next week is just a small sample or what is to come. Relay this information to everyone and write me back or comment once it happens, I will keep watch and keep you posted.

Reddaway in Orange CA had the teamster truck come out to their terminal along with teamster BBQ we need that in XPO USB terminal USB is the biggest terminal in XPO system as far as tonnage show those idiots how strong the Union is in America at USB how many would come out front to eat BBQ are you scared ??   30. Terminations, Layoffs, No New Spending on Equipment, Productivity, Yard Dwell, etc. etc. etc. It seems there will be no "showing of love" for XPO employees as Mr. Bradley previously stated. XPO has only ONE MOTIVE...PROFIT...AT ALL COSTS. If you believe that senior drivers are immune to these cutbacks, you're wrong. IF YOU FAIL TO PETITION FOR UNION REPRESENTATION, the cutbacks will eventually get to YOU, in the form of outsourcing line haul, outsourcing dock work, limited hours, shoddy equipment and they will surely look to terminate senior drivers, or any drivers who have reached top pay in favor of hiring new blood who will accept a lower rate of pay. A 5.00 reduction in pay per hour, per driver equals 4.5 million dollars in additional profit for the company. Every day that passes and you don't sign cards, is one day closer to losing your respect and your dignity and maybe even your job. Your checking account will CERTAINLY suffer. This cannot be a word of mouth campaign. Contact your local union representative and he will help you conduct a successful campaign. The company will stop at NOTHING to keep the union out, so don't fall for the lies and misstatements of company executives or especially the union busters you will surely meet. Miami is the ONLY terminal in contract talks and the talks are progressing fairly well. BUT, they NEED the support of every terminal in the system to wake these people up and make them understand that we are ALL in this together. In unity, there is strength.

Here in NMF the Favoritism is still rolling on, but they call it now FLEX DSR'S they are below most of the Seniority DSR'S but FLEX makes them $$$ So they take out Starting Times and they bring in FLEX DSR'S a Sack of Shit it's Management Bullshit way of having their Fav's coming in earlier, WE ALL KNOW AND THINK IT'S A LACK OF DISRESPECT TO THE SENIOR DRIVER'S. F****K this Bullshit.
    Other drivers are getting some hours while the 2-3 top flexible DSR'S are making all the hours this is because Management Administration on these DSR'S suck and they don't give a Shit, because they don't have the slightest clue of what their doing. Instead of giving these DSR'S up to 10hrs they let them make the hrs while other DSR'S are getting sent home early, THE ADMINISTRATION IN MIA SUCKS. WE ARE ALL WAITING FOR XPO TO COME IN SO THEY CAN SEE THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE EVERY DAY.

There will be a Cost of Living Increase for all of X-Conway's Employee's, we will see if the Executive of XPO LOGISTICS Mr Brad Jacobs will be Dignified with Honors Enough to give the cost of living Increase to all of his Employee's Nationwide on April 11th like he has Promised only to be Seen, so that every employee that he has can Truly Respect Mr Jacobs we're sure he's a man of Dignity not like X-CONWAY?.
