Check the NASDAQ and look at our competitors stocks are rising even on the worst trading day of the year. With Conway being the only LTL carrier losing big investors know the direction of the company is going the wrong way. Our voices being heard throughout, the momentum is in our favor. ConWays wreckless culture is being looked at from the outside. Shareholders know Conway is spending millions on union busters and supposed raises to try to fix what they screwed up. Now is the time. So for that bullshit raise that don't even cover the increase in medical coverage for 2015. Even with the union talk they have made no attempt to make it right with drivers. VOTE YES

But if you have a 401 and its on con-way stock your also a stock holder.but our stock go down are the one that gets taken away while con-way files it as a loss and they get. The money back.any one get there losses from 2008 ?? My coworker didnt and he lost 25k on it.

because the drivers perform a substantial amount of dockwork and hostling work, the

Strikes for scratches on trucks but what about management. Detroit Regional manager Robert Howard drove away from gas station with gas nozzle hanging out of his company car. He then came in terminal with no knowledge of this until DSR reported the nozzle hanging out. Do you think he got a strike. Do you think if company cars had cameras they get away with the things they do? They crucify us employees while they make the same mistakes.

She pass the interview to get in CONWAY she feels she has to act like a LUNATIC to manage MEN who are not BOYS. POOR NICOLE needs to stop and re-evaluated her managing techniques because when her terminal goes UNION she will not survive the change she's an insecure, negative manager and trust me CONWAY will throw her back to the ZOO she came from and then she can work with the wolves, and clean donkey asses, something she is probably GOOD AT.......She will have Con-Way in all sorts if lawsuits one after another (NOT THAT CON-WAY don't deserve it) then she will feels what's it like when Con-Way have no more use for her.
