congrats to all the people who voted yes on having the UNION in Bakersfield california, c'mon San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Maria, Salinas, kettleman city , Fresno, let's fight for our families, let's vote yes on union.
This is just the first step. We encourage more Terminals to join us! Fellow co-workers stay strong this is all for a better and brighter future. We need and deserve respect from XPO’s Management because right now NO one cares about you or your family. You make that decision for yourself and your family, don’t get fooled by XPO!
I encourage the union and xpo union members to fight for their pension and get it back and watch them follow I know USB will fallow CONGRATULATIONS UBF
Congratulations to XPO Bakersfield. You have taken the first steps in some control in what happens at work and a better future for you and your family's.
Do me a favor and let my brother's and sister's at FedEx Freight know that they should do the as you have done.
Xpo management doesn't change. their all about number's across the board & no time for employees. you must no work here because you would know that.the union is not going to wave its magic Wand and fix everthings. Management thinks drivers are the problem, we do ever thing to steal time from the clock.santa is still going to come and hand out Bonuses to all F.o.s.'s not driver an we get to see the shit eating Grin on their face.
I just want the union so the supervisor can see how good they had it and loss it because of how they treated the driver I really didn't care if came in or not but now I want the union in at USB now
Wake up west coast ( USB ) union is near and knocking ON ARE DOOR . It's just getting worse driver's with 15 and more years are getting screwed doing all the work . why you hear dispatch said don't give that route to that driver it won't get done give it to so and so he will get it done that not right Union now better work place
Hahaha Juan .v came from a company that has been Failing for the last 20yrs.You might have heard of it... it's called Sears. This guy's just a talking head with a plastic smile. The business model is to cut and be more profitable not to bring new business to ltl. A new customer is someone that is a problem in their eyes
Don’t worry Paul fryer, Michael esposito and the rest of the corporate liars will come to Usb when usb workers file for union election they will promise a Christmas party for next year.
Two runs everyday gets a little old. Have to struggle and fight to break out and get some me time. Even cars break down when you don’t put em down for maintenance!
Your crying about not getting a Christmas party. You should be crying you can't retire or get sick ðŸ˜. C'mon man ask Santa for a brain. UDV drivers need one to.
