This is just the first step. We encourage more Terminals to join us! Fellow co-workers stay strong this is all for a better and brighter future.
We need and deserve respect from XPO’s Management because right now NO one cares about you or your family. You make that decision for yourself and your family, don’t get fooled by XPO!

    4. Xpo management doesn't change. their all about number's across the board & no time for employees. you must no work here because you would know that.the union is not going to wave its magic Wand and fix everthings. Management thinks drivers are the problem, we do ever thing to steal time from the clock.santa is still going to come and hand out Bonuses to all F.o.s.'s not driver an we get to see the shit eating Grin on their face.

    1. Hahaha Juan .v came from a company that has been Failing for the last 20yrs.You might have heard of it... it's called Sears. This guy's just a talking head with a plastic smile. The business model is to cut and be more profitable not to bring new business to ltl. A new customer is someone that is a problem in their eyes
