I completely forgot about this site. Shame on me. If you guys at ULB, ULA ULX are serious, do some ground work for your local. The IBT only has so many organizers and I promise you that they will stand with you full force if you can show them you're serious. Form a committee and rate your members from 1 to 5. The 1's are drop dead all in and nothing can change their mind. The 2's are almost all in and can be counted on in a pinch. Forget the 5's...nothing you do or say will ever change their mind. It's the 3's and the 4's that to must focus on. Most of these guys are unaware of what the company has taken from you since the buyout. Some don't even know about Teamcare. If you can get 60 to 65% in your 1's and 2's, organizers will come to help you finish the job. Come on over to the Trucking Boards and hit the XPO union forum. PM me and I will do whatever I can to help. I will speak to any and all of you to help you get started. There are videos and posts from XPO exposed and Express 1 Team Talk on Facebook. We have to start this by ourselves. It's our union and we need to give our union a helping hand to get the ball rolling. You have to be serious and willing to put some time into this or it will wither and die. With the possibility of an Amazon buyout, NOW is the time to act and protect what you have now. There is no risk and no investment other than time. If you aren't satisfied with the Teamsters, you can always go rihght back to where you are now.

  1. I have worked for ConWay/XPO for over 15 years. I have seen so much taken away. All I ever hear is guys crying about this and that. But they do nothing about it. ULA had the opportunity to vote in the Union but they got scared. USB is ALL talk, ULX is the only guys with balls to stand up and vote “YES”. There is an old saying that goes “I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees”. Which means STAND up for yourself and quit bowing down to the company. Look at what’s going on guys, ULA and USB loading Purchase Long Boxes, and cutting our runs. What’s the company telling us, “It’s only temporary”.. Really that’s the answer. Is that what you tell you kids and bills, Sorry I’m not making money but don’t worry “It’s only temporary”. USB/ULA either shit or get off the pot!!!! Quit talking about it, and just do it already. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain. This company is going down. This isn’t ConWay anymore it’s XPO with it’s own rules and agenda.

This is what you call retaliation nothing is going to happen because all of his friends are in corporate hr.I wonder if he would say the same thing to dock workers.SINCE DICKHEAD DAN IS PROTECTED BY CORPORATE HR WE SHOULD BE PROTECTED BY THE TEAMSTERS I SUPPORT NOW

    1. That’s why management spends a lot of money on union busting consultants. They intentionally lie to employees about the teamsters and use scare tactics to keep us divided.
I worked at Conway/XPO for 24 years it was nothing but a hostile working environment and a hassle dealing with management. Today I’m working at ABF with great medical benefits, a retirement pension, respect from management, and a stress free environment.

  6. Our TM left for a week at XPN, and our Danny along with other management will send line haul drivers to work inbound after long runs! Forcing us to work 14 hours while flex drivers sit at home not able to get 8 hours in. New TM but same old management bull shit at XPN...

  7. Hey Austin you better wake up, and do something about your management team at XPN before you lose a tidal wave of drivers.. especially with the two smoking buddies

  8. Austin, FYI the last two TM’s that worked at XPN no longer work for the company.., if you don’t wanna be next you better get control of those two smoking butts! XPN will never get back as long as those two are pulling their shit! “Going to be a Ugly summer”

  14. Glad to see you back Tony. We will once again follow your "HOG" policy. Don't worry we will cause $100,000 worth of damages cramming everything into 2 trailers. So we can cut even more runs, after all these 3rd party companies take our freight on their Long Boxes. Looks like you and Jacobs can "HOG" your pockets with profits. And leave your employees with Chicken Feed. I hope we here at USB hurry and vote in the Union, before you take away what little Line Runs we have left.
