Fun you say that XCW Linehaul boys are hooking on lunch off the ELD because when I worked there years ago we p and d drivers would sign no lunch slips even though DOT requires lunch within 8 hours what a joke this company needs to be investigated why would any employee take a chance of have an accident by be off the clock and not logged into the ELD that’s the stuff this company loves once you’ve reached top pay it makes an easier way for them to fire you Stick Together Boys
At XPN we lost 8 drivers so far this year! And we haven’t hired a driver in over 3 years... nobody wants to work here. Things are falling apart here. We’re cutting corners as well. Everyone wants out of here, Little Man is chasing everyone out the door. Can’t wait to see how many more leave this summer

At ula day line drivers are working and driving past their lunch. They just log out of eobr. All is well lol. Speed every day up to as fast as the truck goes still all is well. Risk peoples lifes in the street by breaking the law no problem at ula but come in 1 minute late for whatever reason that u had no control over and u get a point lol. Promoting the laziest guys to leads and supervisors with exception of 1 is a speciality here. Nobody wants to wrk here i wonder why. Lol. Ftpbenny

For Denying a fos “neff” from take his family leave & Threatening too fire him if he took the time off... this is a fine example of what the best way to treat our employees at Xpo. “management gets away with Murder in our company the only way f.t.p.”s” Butch & Aaron got fired is because Another person in management pointed out the Problem. again them & if this was any hourly employee who had Brought this up this Issue would be “pushed under the rug” and forgotten zoo WE HAVE TO WAKE UP AT A.K.A. XPO an Prepare for our change vote union.
its true that to many scared DSRs work at Xpo you guys don't realize that we will pay Less for the union than we are paying for our benefits and we get a pension and the hire up know this so they will treat us good and ack like everything is good and dandy.... USB union all the way baby....
