ReplyDeletewere just doing our jobs, don't screw up and we won't right u up
DeleteReally???? Your just doing your job??? It's funny how where i work the shop manager choices who to fuck with except for the two bothers who snitch on everyone else. They can walk around the shop with their phone all day long or can stand around gossiping with the manager for 3 or 4 hour's at a time and nothing is done. I try to help anyone in the shop for 5min and im stealing time.. Is that what you mean by doing your job's??? And by the way .3 people quit with in 5 months because the manager is just doing his job!!and i'm management will read this and know what shop I'm talking about. And they'll send somebody to check things out(again). The problem is their friends with the manager!! So his not aware of any problems..
DeleteJust doing his job..
It's hard to catch people in the act and when the numbers reflect it, we get talked to from above about why this is going on. this being motormoves, lots of OT, low freight. I just write up to keep them off my back. We like having our snitches so I give em more of a leash
DeleteDon't go in the shop unless u can do something yourself..problem solved
Deleteword
Deletewhy can't we just work without the union, I'm happy with working the dock and sometimes getting less than 8
ReplyDeleteExactly. Your the perfect person to be replaced by someone who does what you do for half as much, maybe you dont care about that which is fine but youre somebody that we dont need around anyway.
DeleteCOME ON LETS GO! OTHER TERMINALS SHOULD BE SEEKING TEAMSTER REPRESENTATION ONE AFTER ANOTHER LETS MAKE OUR LIFE BETTER! MICHICAGN WATCHING, XDP WATCHING
ReplyDeleteCongratulations aurora and Connecticut you did it union yes
ReplyDeleteI worked in a smaller terminal only 25 drivers they are affriad that they would closed us down if we tried to vote can they do this us .......glad philly voted you get treated like shit there
ReplyDeletecan't shot down a terminal for trying to organize a union,it'll illegal.xpo or any other union or non union company can shot down if they're having financial problems.
DeleteXpo will not shot down xpo is a global monster most of its European facilities are unionized.
Talk to your local, they'll show you why you don't need to be afraid.
DeleteThis management at this company is garbage
ReplyDeleteWHO WILL BE NEXT FOR THE REMAINING OF THE DOMINO EFFECT TO FALL, FOR A BETTER FUTURE AND A BETTER LIFE! LADIES AND GENTLEMAN MY CO-WORKERS OF
ReplyDeleteXPO LOGISTICS THIS COMPANY OR SHOULD I SAY MR JACOBS HAS A LOT OF $$$$$$ TO SPEND ON UNION BUSTERS TO CONVINCE US NOT TO HAVE A BETTER WORLD TO PROVIDE FOR US AND OUR FAMILIES, SO I ASK YOU TO ASK YOURSELFS IT IS TIME FOR THE XPO'S EMPLOYEES TO THAT MAKES THIS COMPANY AS $$$RICH$$$ AS IT IS, TO GIVE SOME BACK TO THE PEOPLE THAT THAT MAKES THEM THEM THIER MILLIONS OF DOLLARS EACH YEAR. HEY PAYBACKS A BICTH AND IT'S WAS CALLED X-CONWAY NOW XPO!
WE CANNOT CHANGE ANYTHING UNLESS WE CHANGE IT TOGETHER!!!! WHEN IT RAINS IT F*****KEN POURS!!!!!!
PS: WAY TO GO AURORA & CT THAT'S THE WAY YOU DO IT.

ReplyDeleteSo glad to see some balls we middle class are working harder and sacrificing are our children our government has allowed corporate greed to change society to a level compared to china work the hell out of them with little pay and benefits government has allowed pledge allegiance and prayer to be taken out of schools it's time we take back what's ours corporate greedy bastards like Jacobs needs to be reckoned with Union now or allow this man to slowly take everything you have worked so hard for
ReplyDeletePhilly vote pushed back to Nov 10
ReplyDeleteWe will vote and we will win
BE FEARLESS!!!
let's go union melrose park elgin mundeline and so on
ReplyDeleteWhy was vote pushed back?
ReplyDeleteAnti union games,it was expected and gives us time to "cool down" and gives them time to make us change our minds but it aint happenin' they know that they are wasting their time but have to go thru the motions
DeleteHey Philly... XMI is watching and waiting.. there at least 20 to 30 of us who want it here...
ReplyDeleteThats great, but the time for watching and waiting is over! Call your local, they will send an organizer to hang out by your terminal and little by little the guys will go talk to them, dont be afraid,it is your right to talk to them, caution is fine and expected but they will quickly reassure you to not be afraid. Once a few guys start a conversation it spreads quickly and you get a feel for where you stand. I urge you to not wait until it is too late and we believe that time is fast approaching. This is our only chance for a secure future and we're not going to let it slip by.
DeleteBE FEARLESS
Let's lockdown the east coast!!!new jersey carlstadt,Newark, rockaway, east Brunswick, trenton, cinnaminson,Vineland we have nothing to lose and everything to gain
ReplyDeleteOnce a majority signs card and the petition is submitted you have some level of protection that you didnt have the day before,it is extremely hard to fire you, your pay CAN be raised but not lowered, they cant swap out good tractors for shit tractors and alot of other things, without a petition you are now basically sitting ducks! There is no good reason to not try and improve and secure YOUR future.
ReplyDeleteMid Atlantic regional manager Paul Berg is no longer with the company, dont know if he quit or got fired but he is out.
ReplyDeleteAnd thrre will be more regional managers and DOO that will soon follow in his footsteps. They will just DISAPPEAR
ReplyDeleteVoting is underway, feelin pretty good about a win this afternoon. Should have results around 5:15 eastern time.
ReplyDeletePHILLY WINS 37-13.
ReplyDeleteWay to go PHiLLY. You deserve to be proud for standing united and strong. Full respect for you.I sure do hope other's join in. The more people unite the more strength we the worker's will have....Thank you for making a stand.
