    2. Really???? Your just doing your job??? It's funny how where i work the shop manager choices who to fuck with except for the two bothers who snitch on everyone else. They can walk around the shop with their phone all day long or can stand around gossiping with the manager for 3 or 4 hour's at a time and nothing is done. I try to help anyone in the shop for 5min and im stealing time.. Is that what you mean by doing your job's??? And by the way .3 people quit with in 5 months because the manager is just doing his job!!and i'm management will read this and know what shop I'm talking about. And they'll send somebody to check things out(again). The problem is their friends with the manager!! So his not aware of any problems..
      Just doing his job..

    3. It's hard to catch people in the act and when the numbers reflect it, we get talked to from above about why this is going on. this being motormoves, lots of OT, low freight. I just write up to keep them off my back. We like having our snitches so I give em more of a leash

    4. Don't go in the shop unless u can do something yourself..problem solved

Xpo will not shot down xpo is a global monster most of its European facilities are unionized.

    1. Anti union games,it was expected and gives us time to "cool down" and gives them time to make us change our minds but it aint happenin' they know that they are wasting their time but have to go thru the motions

  32. Hey Philly... XMI is watching and waiting.. there at least 20 to 30 of us who want it here...

    1. Thats great, but the time for watching and waiting is over! Call your local, they will send an organizer to hang out by your terminal and little by little the guys will go talk to them, dont be afraid,it is your right to talk to them, caution is fine and expected but they will quickly reassure you to not be afraid. Once a few guys start a conversation it spreads quickly and you get a feel for where you stand. I urge you to not wait until it is too late and we believe that time is fast approaching. This is our only chance for a secure future and we're not going to let it slip by.
      BE FEARLESS

  34. Once a majority signs card and the petition is submitted you have some level of protection that you didnt have the day before,it is extremely hard to fire you, your pay CAN be raised but not lowered, they cant swap out good tractors for shit tractors and alot of other things, without a petition you are now basically sitting ducks! There is no good reason to not try and improve and secure YOUR future.

  35. Mid Atlantic regional manager Paul Berg is no longer with the company, dont know if he quit or got fired but he is out.
