Election Date
We are happy to announce three terminals in SoCal: Ulx, Ula and Ufv will be voting October 23rd! We will also be announcing four terminals that will be petitioning soon after. If you are interested in connecting with us regarding organizing your group, leave your information. Don’t worry, your information goes directly to us and it won’t be posted.

Delete3 of the largest terminals in the Carolinas are petitioning for union representation. I'd encourage everyone at those terminals to look at what Conway is really offering you. Look at your health care, retirement 401k, pension, overtime after 50hrs , your wages, being watched by cameras, forcing lean down our throats! Ask yourself, can you do better? Do you and your family deserve better? ......

Why don't you give us the facts on how you force most drivers to use their 2 hour extension every week. Facts on how you force us to take our lunch past our six hours. Facts on how you don't drug test most of your supervisors who do drugs. Facts on how many lawsuits you have, and why you have them.

Get your guys together and get the ball rolling. Now is the time . It's not to happen unless you guys there get it rolling.

The Drivers are who made this company. We were the ones face to face with each and every customer. We must not forget how hard it was and what we worked for.
