All this does is. It gives Conway a reason to give to the Labor board why they fired you just little bullshit traps they set up to hope you slip up or forget about seat belts or a stop sign or drive to fast on the dock or yard. They put so much PRESSURE on you your eventully gonna fuck up.. Your only Human and they know if you screw up they got you!! They don't care how long you been there or how good you suck up! They got you!! And watch out for those Rats they are Watching too!!!
Wow! And this is why we don't trust Conway at all. They don't care about us all, they have no concerns for anybody, whether you are a good worker. Conway primary assets and concerns are the properties, equipment and especially the money, but not us the employees. You come at will, you signed at will and you can leave at will. Conway took you at their will and will fired you at their will. This explains everything now, get rid of you and hire someone else for less wages. Hammer those new hired, put fear into them until they can't handle Conway anymore, then Conway flags you down, put you in a system as a bother trouble maker or better yet, a disengage employee for Conway. I think it's time to form a union now!!!

We were told last week that if we're not meeting our production goal, management can go back 3 months and check our production. this call snapshots. So they can look back at our file and take action on things that have already happened. They are just trying to intimidate us into working harder for them. They are sure to say to work harder but stay safe. Our manager has said that we are a disposable work force and that he's not. He's got to be drinking the kool-aid if he thinks he's not disposable! Conway will also use snapshot to fight your unemployment claim when they fire you. It's been done to every employee they've fired. Kissing ass won't give you job security, a union will.
Why does the white shirt deserve a bigger bounus than a driver? The driver is in traffic has to deal with customers and make sure he pro labels everything proper. More pressure is on the driver than that spinless white shirt superviser.
If these corrupt supervisors get about $5,000 in bonuses or 10% of their salaries for standing around in the dock and texting. Whereas being a driver, DOES consist of hard labor, staying focused on the road, and dealing with their insane policies, then why don't we get those bonuses or that 10%?
Now management wants to ask for meal receipts when we stop to buy lunch. They want to check the time we take our lunch and the time we clock out for lunch. If you guys are okay this abuse of privacy, let these corporate pigs keep doing this or let's us organize and stop these acts of exploitation!!
