Conway's False Promises


Do not believe the company’s empty promises these things can be taken away at anytime without a legally binding contract.

        this letter is not a legal binding contract; 
·         Do not guarantees Protections against unfair discipline;
·         Do not guarantees raises every year ;
·         Do not guarantees Union health care plan that covers 100 percent of most major medical expenses and includes dental and vision coverage;
·         Do not guarantees Paid sick days;
·         Do not guarantees overtime pay after 8 hours;
·         Do not guarantees Protections against subcontracting out the drivers’ work; and
·         Improved safety regulations.

Harlingen mantenerse fuertes, no se dejen convencer por ese papel (contrato falso) eso mismo lo hicieron con new hámster y California y perdieron y ahora le salieron que no hay dinero para dar ese aumento jaja
Recuerden que Conway rompe las reglas cada vez que quiere..
Nosotros buscamos una pensión y mejor pago y trato y eso no viene escrito allí, nosotros como choferes tenemos el derecho de elegir al sindicato, gracias a que hace ya muchos años existió gente que lucharon por este derecho, así que nosotros no tenemos que formar ningún sindicato porque ya existe. Es sólo cuestión de elegir y Conway no está negando ese derecho..
No se dejen sorprender ( no se apendejen) con esa hoja que resulto ser falsa en California.
Ahora en California les están diciendo que el aumento que prometieron en enero 4 no se podrá realizar, porque la compañía no genera ese dinero.. Como ven????? Ahora resultaron promesas falsas solo para detener este movimiento.. Ni siquiera ellos les garantiza el aumento.. En Laredo aún ganando la elección el aumento se prometió también.. Lo que trató de decir es que Conway si en verdad quiere va das ese aumento con o sin unión.. Que yo lo dudó mucho que lo de, pero con la unión es más garantía que se lo exija.. Vote yes

thanks to this page 2 terminals in California and 1 in new Hampshire lost on election day.this peace of paper not guarantee anything. company suckers sign this paper in front of you only to impress you .they promise everything but this peace of paper don't probe anything but can change you main they did today in Harlingen TX and we Know they going to doe whit other terminals, in California they talk about the raise and they said not promise anything for next year about the raise,

If people actually fall for this bull shit letter.I have a New York bridge for sale and ill even throw the statue of liberty.Ill also so give you a piece of paper to go with it.But ill only take cash.But back to this (CON)way letter.Why didn't Doug Stotlar Sign that letter and have it legaly notarized ? En harlingen les dijeron que la pensión de la unión la cobertura era solamente hasta qué fallece la persona y que la familia después de la muerte del trabajador ya no puede seguir recibiéndola y que es mejor el 401k que tiene actualmente Conway.. Y que sí entra la unión la pensión que ya tienen ganada y demás beneficios se pierden,
Compañeros de harlingen.. Déjenme decirles que eso es una mentira.
Primero que nada Conway no te puede quitar la pensión que ya tienes ganada y eso lo dijeron en Laredo los de recursos humanos. Dijeron que esa pensión ya la ganamos y aún entrando la unión no la perdemos.
Además la pensión de la unión si la sigue recibiendo tu familia aún después de muerto y si entra la unión el 401 k no se pierde, al contrario la unión Pelea para que la compañía aporte más por ciento. Así qué es mejor porque tendrás la pensión que ya ganaste, más la pensión de la unión, que seguirá recibiendo tu familia después de fallecido, más el 401k mejorado..
Harlingen no se dejen engañar e informensen bien, eso lo dicen los unión buster porque para eso los contrataron, para echar mentiras. Pregúnteles a los HR de la corporación y no podrán sostener esa mentira.. Lo que le duele Conway es que la pensión que otorga la unión, la misma unión les exigirá que Conway aporté una parte y es eso lo que les duele, que los obliguen aportar una parte de ese dinero..

Where is the 1 1/2 for after 8 hours for the Southern Drivers in that contract!!! The difference between 40 and 50 is still over $5000.00 a year!!

Typical Conway always lying to the employees when Greg and Neal gave this to us at ULX I knew It was all bullshit that's why I voted for the union so I tell you my brothers from Conway the time is now vote yes for the union that's the only way we can get a contract and not worry about being fired for any stupid reason just cause management feels like letting some one go
