Outing The Rats at ULX

Paul Styers and his henchmen have done it again. They are out spreading lies about the union. Steyers' lead liar and master kiss-ass, Ramsy Robles are deceiving employees regarding the union. They are reaching into their bag of tricks and pulling out some of the most common lies. Stating that with a union in place, we would be paying for ABF and YRC pensions, that ABF and YRC drivers can come to Conway and dovetail into the roster with their company seniority. They need to be a little more original, these are old, tired, and frankly just lazy lies. We don't expect any less of Paul Styers, he is a known liar and bigot. He's not fit to be a manager with his dirty tricks. As for Ramsy Robles, he is a lazy employee that is only kept around because he does Steyers' dirty work. As we continue to push forward with our efforts we will be outing any employees that are knowingly lying about the union. If they can go around spreading lies, then they can proudly look at their names here and stand behind their words and actions. Out with the rats!

WINSTON from ula aka blk jj is one of the ones giving Mark Logan names of people that he thinks are pro union. Funny thing is that he was one of the ones pumping people up to sign cards because he was a big union guy in his old job. Smh. WINSTON AKA BLK JJ IS A RAT-TWO FACE!!! And we are waiting to hear what goes on in the meeting tomorrow Sat 20 at ula with the lawyers giving management instructions of how your campaign against the union is going to take place.

Guys there is not one thing they can do to you for trying to organize a company. By law you are protected, and if they intimidate you or try to fire you seek an attorney. Just do "NOT" do anything on company property. Keep strong guys.

Management is panicked. They all went to a regional meeting this week. Bottom line is that I need a pension. The 2% conway chips in to my 401k is just laughable. I need better medical benefits. Here in horror stories of buys paying thousands for medical bills is bullshit. Fuck Con-way executives and there bullshit. And fuck that camera in the truck to!!!! Vote union yes ULX. Northern Cali is watching very closely and has your back!!!

Don't believe any rumors or lies from management they're desperate trying to stop us from organizing.they know we'll have a voice if we form a union,no more favoritism no more disrespect no more abusive management. Remember, any time management spends one second trying to convince you to not join a Union, you know it has to be good for you.

Just ask them to guarantee all your benefits and terms and working conditions in a binding arbitration work contract and you will be fine with that instead :-)

Paul Styers thinks he's above the law because this man thinks he can go around threatening employees. He retaliates against his employees, to those employees who are being harrassed by this man need to take action and notify the NLRB or contact your own lawyer. There are legal cases against this man. If Conway inc. doesn't take care of this man, the law will.

I'm a pass employee of phx. I support union. Since day one I was treated poorly which lead me to have a no care attitude. Half the sups would be held accountable for their behavior and unprofessionalism. With union, Conway would forcefully have to comply with what is "equal opportunity employer". If I was still working there, this would give me comfort to know I can make a good career with Conway. I wouldn't have to worry about getting fired everyday. Ive heard some sad stories of how people were/are getting fired or threaten to be fired. Shame on brass.... multimillion dollars in bonuses. What about the whole idea "it starts with you"!!!!!! They make themselves look good and forget about the hard working worker. The southwest can reach 110+ degrees out there! For a driver to return to the yard and get a compt-attitude from some supervisor. Just isn't what a work environment should be. Blessing to you all!

I have a friend who is African American and worked for Conway for many years and proudly served in the Navy reserves and worked for Paul Styers in the San Fernando terminal as a Sales Rep.and he claims that this guy is a Fucken Racist!! He now lives in Las Vegas and is willing to come to So Cal and call this guy out on his Bull Shit!! and Yes he is Now a Proud Union Member for the Postal services..Conway this guy Paul is the one who got this Movement going you should of fired this poison a long time ago!! but as a Union Member i Thank you Conway for keeping guys like this around it helps the cause..
