A Little Respect

The code of ethics that Conway preaches has a double standard. Conway continuously violates its own ethics by the way they treat their employees. Management is disrespectful to the employees. For example, in California, a service center manager left a driver a vulgar message for not answering his call. Respecting one another is not something that a company that preaches ethics should have trouble doing. Unfortunately they have a lot of trouble treating their workers with respect. This is yet another reason to organize. There is no reason that we should have to tolerate these abuses and have to work with the constant intimidation. Another thing is the open door policy, VVT, or the lean program. These are all tools the company uses to have us divided. The whole point of it is to have someone come to management and bad mouth other employees or point out violations. These are dirty tactics that this company of high ethics likes to utilize. We need to form a union, it's the only way to get respect, have a voice, and get better benefits. It’s time we put a stop to the thugs in management
